"Thanks so much for fitting me in today. That was the most valuable time I have spent in 8 years on the topic of drop foot! The Doc really nailed the descriptions of what I have been facing, something

I haven't gotten from anybody else. Your FMS evaluation and explanation of how to make me the best that I can be gives me hope and motivation."

"Thanks for today! It was great to see you and I am excited about what we found through the FMS.

I am not surprised that I am all jacked up after all I have been through."

"I just wanted to thank you very much for taking the time to look over my workouts and help me with my strength training program. I truly appreciate it. You have helped me feel like I have a purpose for what I am doing or not doing and understand why. I really have been a little lost for about the last 3-4 years so I am very excited about where this is going and how much my running has improved in the last 6 weeks. I had another great run tonight. 9 miles in 75-degree weather! Awesome."

-  Catherine: Houston, Texas (Marathon Runner)

"My husband continues to talk about how much he has enjoyed the last few months with ATC and your program. I would like to get started with you as well."

- Mary: Houston, Texas (Housewife and Tennis Player)

"Thanks so much for the time that you spent this weekend for the power plate cert at your place. What a cool studio you have set up there! I was really impressed by the simplicity of the place, but the completeness at the same time.

I am really excited to be able to begin utilizing the power plate at cooper as soon as I get the exam and complete it. I can already see it fitting into a major portion of my client's programs. I can already see myself going through the next level of certification.

So I immediately noticed some things about your studio:

Not a single treadmill

No machines except several Kaiser pieces several weight plates stuck back in the corner an obvious education room you have designed such an efficient use of space there. What a great concept!

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with your studio. If it hadn't been for the drive back to Dallas, I would have loved to stick around and talk to you.

I'd actually love to come down and spend a day or so with you guys at your studio some time. I really like the smaller place and not all of the machines - I'm a firm believer in less is more and utilizing more functional upright standing exercises rather than the machines.

Thanks again for your time this weekend. I hope to see you again sometime.

Thanks so much!"

"It was great seeing you last week here at Cooper - thank you for working with us! It's fantastic that the industry is progressing toward integrative fitness that incorporates several modalities of training. What a great benefit to clients and an interest boost for trainers.

Thanks again for helping us venture into new areas here at Cooper."

"Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with our "Biggest Loser"

group yesterday. I have heard so many nice things about your visit. We had our weekly weigh-in this morning, so I had an opportunity to speak with each person who attended. All I heard were positive comments about the material you presented and about the outstanding manner in which the information was presented. Several who attended expressed an interest in your facility and, specifically in your group programs. We are looking forward to hearing more about those.

Thanks again, it was so much fun having you here. We all learned a great deal from your presentation. We were packing, lifting and carrying our Food Drive boxes today and several times I heard someone say, "Get in athletic stance before you lift that box". So we did retain and are using the exercises you showed us."

"I have been an ACT client for the last eighteen months. Because I am an oxygen patient and have severe congenital scoliosis, a medically based fitness/strength training program was critical for me. Neither my scoliosis nor my oxygen tank scared the staff at ATC. After an in-depth physical evaluation with the orthopedic physician and a personalized trainer, an individual program of exercises was developed for me. The goals were to increase my overall strength and day-to-day stamina. As I have progressed, more exercises and repetitions have been added. My physical conditioning is greatly improved. I am moving away from Houston and can only hope I will find another medically supervised fitness program with the same professionalism and skills-set demonstrated by the entire ATC team."

- Rennie Taylor: Houston, TX

"I am so happy that I was able to see you this morning. Working on this weakness will really help me! I can't express how much it means to me that you took the time to search out my problem and give me exercises AND videos to help me. I have smiled much more today than the past few days just because I know there is something that I can work on to help me get healthy… I'm looking forward to seeing you next week--stronger and closer to 100%"
