"Thanks so much for the time that you spent this weekend for the power plate cert at your place. What a cool studio you have set up there! I was really impressed by the simplicity of the place, but the completeness at the same time.
I am really excited to be able to begin utilizing the power plate at cooper as soon as I get the exam and complete it. I can already see it fitting into a major portion of my client's programs. I can already see myself going through the next level of certification.
So I immediately noticed some things about your studio:
Not a single treadmill
No machines except several Kaiser pieces several weight plates stuck back in the corner an obvious education room you have designed such an efficient use of space there. What a great concept!
I can't say enough about how impressed I was with your studio. If it hadn't been for the drive back to Dallas, I would have loved to stick around and talk to you.
I'd actually love to come down and spend a day or so with you guys at your studio some time. I really like the smaller place and not all of the machines - I'm a firm believer in less is more and utilizing more functional upright standing exercises rather than the machines.

"I have been an ACT client for the last eighteen months. Because I am an oxygen patient and have severe congenital scoliosis, a medically based fitness/strength training program was critical for me. Neither my scoliosis nor my oxygen tank scared the staff at ATC. After an in-depth physical evaluation with the orthopedic physician and a personalized trainer, an individual program of exercises was developed for me. The goals were to increase my overall strength and day-to-day stamina. As I have progressed, more exercises and repetitions have been added. My physical conditioning is greatly improved. I am moving away from Houston and can only hope I will find another medically supervised fitness program with the same professionalism and skills-set demonstrated by the entire ATC team."
