Acceleration Training Concepts' professional multidisciplinary team creates revolutionary results utilizing current research and methodologies to educate, change lives and enhance performance.

 

At Acceleration Training Concepts, our exercise programs are based on science, not fiction. Acceleration Training Concepts' programming is based on our training philosophy and methodology. We currently use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), special orthopedic testing, structural assessment, and medical screening by a board-certified orthopedic surgeon if requested/required.

 

Acceleration Training Concepts achieves success and positive outcomes by performing assessment screening, testing for each individual client, and safely and effectively progressing his/her program. Acceleration Training Concepts dedicates itself to staying abreast of all the latest evidence-based research regarding nutrition, performance, human movement science, as well as the latest workout and exercise programs. Each coach at Acceleration Training Concepts is required to read the latest sports science journals weekly, attend our weekly in-house educational programs, and attend at least 1 national conference minimally each year.

 

We also believe in sharing this knowledge with our clients and community by offering similar educational programs throughout the year. Certified performance enhancement specialists, certified kettle bell instructors, certified personal trainers, and an orthopaedic surgeon, staff acceleration Training Concepts. Exercise Environment

Pre-hab & Post Rehab

 

Acceleration Training Concepts offers transitional physical therapy for your return to the gym or your sport following release from your physical therapist. Acceleration Training Concepts has created a trusted relationship with some of the best physicians and therapists in the area. We currently see clients recuperating from ACL surgery, rotator cuff problems, discectomy, high-level stroke, hip replacement, total knee replacement, and other pathologies.

Your doctor wouldn't prescribe a medication for you without first assessing and looking at your condition and hearing your symptoms. Exercise is like a drug. Given in the right dosage and in the right manner and frequency, it can yield amazing results. However, given in the wrong dosage, it can quickly ruin your body and even be fatal.

Most machines are inferior to other forms of training. Today many gyms and trainers profile their new, cutting-edge machines as the ultimate experience. The major news is that your trainer should be the most important part of the workout, not the equipment. If you were to buy a set of the most high-tech, expensive golf clubs, but didn't understand basic swing fundamentals, wouldn't that just be a waste of money? So that's why we ask, are you paying for overrated equipment or for the actual training?

 

Acceleration Training Concepts guarantees that the quality of our training will become the most significant part of your program. This does not mean that Acceleration Training Concepts entirely avoids using equipment and machines.
